This policy explains how GuideGame handles the information of business partners who create offers on our platform.
To display your offer to eligible travellers, to send you a notification when a customer unlocks a reward for your business, and to operate and secure the partner dashboard.
Your company name, logo, city, discount offer, terms and website are visible to app users. Your contact email and phone number are used for our communication with you and for reward notifications; they are not published in the app.
When a customer unlocks your reward, you receive their reward code and, only where the customer has explicitly agreed, their email address for marketing. You must use that data solely for honouring the reward and, where consent was given, for the marketing the customer agreed to. You remain responsible for complying with the GDPR in your own use of that data.
You may access, correct, or delete your partner data at any time. You can edit or deactivate your offers from the dashboard, or contact us to remove your partner account. Note that codes already issued to customers must still be honoured.
