This policy explains how GuideGame handles the information of business partners who create offers on our platform.
To display your offer to eligible travellers, to send you a notification when a customer unlocks a reward for your business, and to operate and secure the partner dashboard. To protect the dashboard from abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA (part of Firebase App Check), which runs silently in the background and sends technical information about your device and its use to Google. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms) apply.
Your company name, logo, city, discount offer, terms, website, contact email and phone number are shown to app users on your reward card, so that customers can contact you. Your VAT number and business address are never shown to app users. They are visible only to the GuideGame administrator, who uses them to verify your business.
When a customer unlocks your reward, you receive their reward code and, only where the customer has explicitly agreed, their email address for marketing. You must use that data solely for honouring the reward and, where consent was given, for the marketing the customer agreed to. You remain responsible for complying with the GDPR in your own use of that data.
You may access, correct, or delete your partner data at any time. You can edit or deactivate your offers from the dashboard, or contact us to remove your partner account. Note that codes already issued to customers must still be honoured.
